- All sessions are 60 minutes except 12:15 pm which is 45 minutes.
- Padma provides modifications for new and advanced students to make you feel comfortable during classes.
- We also offer instruction for those recovering from injury.
(Yoga in India is practiced as Therapy like Physio Therapy. Yoga promotes positive Health and Prevents injury). Many diseases could be easily managed by regular yoga posture, breathing and meditation techniques.
Please note that bookings are required for private sessions.

Yoga Yin: Sink into bliss! Slow and deep stretch for ultimate relaxation, beginners’ level. 45 mins class
Yoga Stretch: basic beginners’ yoga gentle stretching for energy & vitality & better musculoskeletal mobility. 60 mins class
Hatha Yoga: strength, flexibility, and balance with the repetition of movements. Sun Salutations are a part of this session 60 mins class
Astanga Vinyasa: Discipline Mind through body, advanced posture flow and sun salutations for core strength. 60 mins class
